封桥首日扬子江隧道流量涨7成 上班提前1小时出门 昨天,4位老桥工走上大桥暂别“老朋友”。 仇惠栋 摄 轮渡的客流也增加了一倍   一夕之间,守护了我们48年的南京长江大桥,趁着雨夜封闭大修。在未来的27个月内,南京人过江的最佳路径从大桥变成了两条长江隧道。   昨天是周六,虽然未出现拥堵,但昨天两条隧道的车流量都有大幅增长,扬子江隧道比上周末增七成,长江隧道也多了三成车流。此外,轮渡的客流也增加了一倍。明天是周一,早高峰过江的市民要做好提早出门的准备。   数说过江   地铁江北站点   客流昨明显增长   扬子晚报讯(记者 仇惠栋)南京长江大桥10月28日晚间如期封闭维修,首个周末早晨,南京地铁江北主要车站客流均有明显增长。   截至昨天上午10点,江北主要客流大站,如:泰冯路站进站客流较上周六(10月22日)同比增长12.8%,天润城站进站客流同比增长21%,柳洲东路站进站客流同比增长26%。地铁在城市公交中的骨干作用再次凸显。   南京地铁按照既定的大桥封闭期间运输保障方案,于28日晚以及29日和30日,在3号线重点车站安排了220名各专业人员加班保障,同时加强主要线路有岔车站、大客流车站、线网换乘站设备的巡检频次,并对重点车站、列车落实专人布岗保障。   轮渡的客流   已经涨了近一倍   扬子晚报讯(记者 刘浏)昨天早上,记者来到中山码头探访,尽管是周六,但是这里客流量和工作日差不多,超过半数市民都是骑着自行车、电动车等交通工具。   记者在轮渡上看到,底层基本停满了各类非机动车辆,二层座位的市民则相对少一些。采访中不少市民表示,原本骑车过江主要还是看重方便,但是乘坐轮渡后是否会拥挤,时间上是否受限制还需要观望,实在不行还是会考虑换乘公交或者地铁。   记者了解到,为了应对大桥封闭,轮渡公司将渡船班次加密,由每天100趟加密到138趟,高峰时间的等待时间也缩短了。平时轮渡每日载客量在5000人以上,昨天的客流已经增加了近一倍,下周一开始,这一数字可能还要上升。由于独轮荷载人数一般在1000人左右,可能会出现载满的情况,届时轮渡公司也准备了三艘渡船应对客流高峰。   现场直击   老桥工看望“休假”的老朋友   扬子晚报讯(记者 仇惠栋)昨天,南京长江大桥公路桥迎来最为惬意轻松的一个早晨。市民和大桥建设代表一起走上大桥,前一天还川流不息的桥面,此时成了一座步行桥,大家驻足留影与大桥道“早安”和“暂别”。   这是由南京市委宣传部南京发布工作室发起的“暂别,我的大桥”活动,也是大桥封闭后唯一步行参观活动。活动组织者表示,南京长江大桥已运营了48年,见证了南京的城市变迁,它是南京城的文化坐标,也是南京人的文化记忆。他们从网上众多报名中抽选三组人员参加,每组48人,分别是大桥的建设者或维护者、和大桥有故事的人、家庭组。   现场来了4名年逾古稀的老人,他们是当年大桥建设代表者的代表。 79岁的王防大是天津人,1959年从铁道学院毕业后就分配到南京,全程参与了大桥的设计建设,自此就在南京成家立业乃至退休。“来看看要大修的大桥,很高兴,依依惜别,期待它早日旧貌换新颜。”   对于大桥的状况,他知根知底:“桥面的确该换装啦,这么多年了,当年采用的陶粒混凝土级别低,这么多年了就会开裂和变形,大修后换成钢桥面,肯定会更加坚固耐用。”   78岁的张振山当年是大桥施工队伍里的一名电工,“能够参加这个工程,非常激动和光荣。”   对于这次公路桥停用,张振山心态很淡定:“其实是一次很正常的大修,虽然暂时停下来,对市民生活和生产会造成困难,相信两年后,这条壮丽的彩虹又会展现在大家面前。”   焦点关注   长江隧道好走点,但车流也涨三成   长江大桥现已封闭,一项调查显示,江北居民有七成会选择通过扬子江隧道绕行。从昨天来看,扬子江隧道北向南方向已经出现了车辆缓行。南京交警提醒广大驾车人提前择道,最短的路径并不一定是最佳路径。   公交进隧道只能龟速   昨天上午10点多,扬子晚报记者从泰山新村上了一辆D2路大站快车,从江北开往鼓楼。在浦珠路至江北扬子江隧道入口的这段路上,车辆明显多了起来。刚进入隧道时,车只能开到10至20公里的时速,不过行至隧道中部时,路况渐渐好了起来,时速提升至50公里左右。   过江之后,路又不好走了,从江南出口开到中山北路用了近半个小时。D2线公交驾驶员卞师傅说,前几趟从江北的扬子到江南鼓楼,仅需要1个多小时,而10点多这趟共跑了2个小时。   扬子江隧道车流增七成   “从我们一整天的监控看,两条隧道通行都比较正常,未出现明显拥堵现象。即使如此,两条隧道的流量仍比上个周末出现大幅增长。”   南京长江隧道公司相关负责人介绍,从昨天凌晨0点至下午3点(其中凌晨1-5点封闭),纬七路长江隧道10小时车流量累计达4.8万辆左右,同比上周增长30%左右;扬子江隧道15个小时流量累计达5.7万辆左右,同比上周增长超过70%,“从第一天的情况看,大桥封闭后,原来经大桥过江的车流主要通过扬子江隧道分流已经确定无疑。”   电动车渣土车闯隧道   “尽管已经三令五申,但28日晚大桥封闭开始,行人、非动车、摩托车闯隧道的数量仍呈快速上升态势,行人劝离成功率较高,但摩托车、电动车等速度很快,闯入率持续上升。”隧道公司负责人说,“不仅是非机动车,在隧道车流量大幅提升的情况下,还有渣土车也闯入扬子江隧道,这是对行车安全威胁最大的问题。”   扬子晚报全媒体记者 石小磊   ■特别提醒   明天早高峰,到江南留个提前量   扬子晚报讯(记者 石小磊 郭一鹏 通讯员 牟霞)大桥闭关的影响在周末可能并不显著,明天是周一,真正的考验即将来临。   随着公交车、私家车都涌入隧道,隧道的通行效率很可能大幅度下降,所以,算上公交车走隧道绕行多出来的时间,再算上可能的堵车时间,你可能要提早出门1个小时以上。   交警提醒,秦淮区、雨花台区、建邺区、江宁区、珠江镇、江北新区过江,尽量走长江隧道;鼓楼、玄武、栖霞、仙林、桥北地区可从扬子江隧道过江。   交警提醒,桥北居民前往扬子江隧道和长江隧道,首选沿山大道,一定要避开浦珠北路和浦珠中路。“沿山大道路幅较宽,通行量较少,这条路在大桥封闭期间,分流线路上通行量是比较少的。” 交警称,江北大道作为江北连接南北的主干道,平时的流量就很大,届时势必会产生交通拥堵。相关的主题文章:
